Lu Sisi (b. 1987) is a visual/sound artist originally from Inner Mongolia, now based in London. His work spans multiple disciplines - live performance, motion graphics, film, music composition and production, sound design and installation art. His particular passion is the subject of "heritage" - connecting the past and the present. In his most recent work, Lu Sisi explores the relationship between Oriental traditional Opera and Techno, body movement and digital images. His work "Age of Digital" received international critical acclaim and was awared at Sky Arts and New York Festival. A creative problem-solver, Lu Sisi is well acclimatized to working in fast-paced environments, whether independently or in collaboration. His animation works and works on paper are also based on digital landscapes and the illusion of Rorschach-Test images.
